FTP menu commands

The FTP menu offers the following commands:

Connect	Connects FtpVC to FTP server
Disconnect	Disconnects FtpVC from FTP server
Reconnect	Reconnects FtpVC to FTP server
Cancel	Cancels current task
Delete	Deletes files on the remote server
Rename	Renames a file or directory on the remote server
Move	Moves a file or directory on the remote server
Create Directory	Creates a directory on the remote server
Exit	Exits FtpVC
