Handle Second Check-out Dialog

This dialog is displayed when a user is about to check out a file that is already checked out by another user.

Dialog Box Options

Do not check out
Press this button if you choose not to check out this file.

Check out as second
Press this button if you choose to check out this file as another owner.

Force check out
Press this button if you choose to force check-out of this file in your name.

Apply to all
Use this option to apply your choice to all selected files that are already checked out.
