Use Ignores

Enable/disable the Text Comparison Ignore options for file/directory comparison or Text Merge Ignore options for file merge. By default, this option is enabled. Disabling forces the most detailed difference-reporting possible. Thus, disabling this option shows all differences, including white space, case of characters and so on.
