Compare Matched Files/Directories

Compare the selected file/directory with the matched file/directory in the other pane. This command will spawn a new comparison window if the appropriate Run new instance... option is checked. Otherwise, the new comparison is executed in the original window.

If more than item is selected, multiple ExamDiff Pro instances will be launched regardless whether the Run new instance... options are used, each containing a comparison of a matching pair.
